BELLEFONTE — I took this photo of Krauss Park during the Bellefonte photowalk a couple of dry weekends ago when the leaves were still green. I knew Nate Krauss. He had helped me with a paper I wrote in graduate school about open meetings. I was delighted to discover this park created in his and his wife's memory.
