Lycoming College’s Zack Czap is putting together a nice collection of honors from the Middle Atlantic Conference.
Czap, a junior from Philipsburg-Osceola, was recently named the MAC Special Teams Player of the Week for the sixth time in his career.
Czap was honored after making all five PAT kicks and hitting a season-long field goal of 37 yards against Wilkes.
For the year Czap has made four of nine field-goal attempts, 24 of 27 extra points, averages 36.1 on 36 punts and 57 yards on 41 kickoffs.
Lycoming is 6-2.

Terna Ityokumbul (State College, Bucknell) played against Colgate Saturday. He has no stats for the year. Coleman Rigg, (Bellefonte, Juniata) has two catches for 30 yards. Juniata is 2-6.
Colton Myers (State College, Juniata) has caught 12 passes for 123 yards.
Michael John (P-O, Juniata) has carried 12 times for 15 yards, caught six passes for 100 yards and returned 25 kicks for 465 yards.
Shay Ceglar (State College, Shippensburg) is the long snapper for the unbeaten Raiders.
Kurt Walker (P-O, Shippensburg) has two solo tackles and one assist. Shippensburg is 9-0.
Logan Belinda (State College, Westminster) has caught four passes for 46 yards and has one assisted tackle. Westminster is 3-4.
Colby Way (State College, Buffalo) has 22 solo and 15 assisted tackles, seven tackles for losses of 16 yards, four sacks for losses of eight yards, one pass broken up and one pass defended. Buffalo is 1-7.
Rob Irwin (Bellefonte, Clarion) has seven catches for 86 yards and two touchdowns. Clarion is 4-5.
Ian Smith (State College, Kutztown) has nine solo tackles and eight assists, a half sack for a loss of two yards, 1 1/2 tackles for loss, one interception, one pass broken up, two passes defended and two quarterback hurries. Kutztown is 5-4.
Bernard Smack (State College, Lock Haven) has two rushes for 11 yards, 11 punt returns for 44 yards and 28 kickoffs returned for 623 yards. Lock Haven is 0-9.
Sam Rodgers (State College, Syracuse) has two assisted tackles and is the long snapper for punts, field goals and PATs. Syracuse is 4-4.
Emmitt Terrell (State College, Cornell) has eight solo tackles, eight assists and one pass broken up. Cornell is 4-3.
Reid Vander linden (State College, Johns Hopkins) has one assisted tackle while playing in all eight games for the unbeaten Blue Jays.

Chloe Schmidt (State College, Illinois) placed 84th in the Big Ten championships in 22:18.Jason Doll (State College, Delaware Valley) was 87th in the MAC championships in 30:12.11.He was the top Delaware Valley finisher.
Paul Crowe (State College, Susquehanna) placed ninth in the Landmark Conference meet in 27:18.1. Susquehanna finished second to Moravian with 54 points.
John Crowe (State College, Susquehanna) was 15th in the Landmark meet with a time of 27:53.8.
Swimming
Marie Gingher (State College, Gettysburg) won the 200 breaststroke in 2:32.93 and was second in the 100 breaststroke in 1:10:73 in a tri-meet with Messiah and Susquehanna. Gettysburg defeated both teams.Susanne Gingher (State College, James Madison) was second in the 50 freestyle in 23.98 seconds and second in the 100 freestyle in 52.81 in a double-dual meet against Villanova and West Virginia. JMU dropped both meets.
