On Tuesday, a referendum will be on the Ferguson Township ballot for an anti-fracking and community bill of rights. I am opposed to current fracking practices. It’s not safe. However, a township cannot supercede the state or federal government.

This referendum voids state and federal laws, including Act 13. I encourage everyone to read the entire referendum at www.twp.ferguson.pa.us.
