PHILIPSBURG — A 13-year-old girl who police say ran away from her Philipsburg home last week has been located in Dayton, Ohio, her family said.
Sydney Bowman walked away from the Scott Lane home on Nov. 3, which prompted a search by state police and her family.
Individuals close to the family told the Centre Daily Times that messages on Facebook, fliers posted in local businesses and media coverage helped in the effort to locate her.
