PHILIPSBURG — Kelsey Boone scored 20 points as Penns Valley defeated Philipsburg-Osceola 54-36 to improve to 3-1.

Boone was one of three Lady Rams to score in double figures. Karli Ripka scored 12 points while Tangie Lyons added 10.

Brianna Rusnak led P-O with 12 points. Alyssa Myers added 10 for the Lady Mounties.

“We really executed our offense and played great as a team,” Penns Valley coach Andrea Borland said. “We got our shots to fall. It was an overall good team win.”
