Jerry Sanduskys defense attorneys are seeking an evidentiary hearing to support claims made in post-trial motions they filed in the case.
Sanduskys defense team argued in post-trial motions filed in October that the court erred in not giving them enough time to prepare for the trial.
In a court document filed Thursday, defense attorney Joe Amendola requested a hearing before trial Judge John Cleland to present testimony and exhibits that support the defenses claims.
Amendola said he believes testimony wouldnt take longer than two hours.
The 68-year-old Sandusky, who was convicted of sexually abusing 10 young boys and sometimes on the Penn State campus, is serving 30 to 60 years in state prison.
