Philipsburg residents charged with selling marijuana

Two Philipsburg residents have been charged with selling marijuana to police in three separate controlled buys from May to August.

State police at Philipsburg said Jermaine Gardner, 32, and Aimee Gardner, 35, face felony drug charges stemming from the purchases.

Troopers served a search warrant at the pair’s home and seized an additional amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and cash.

Jermaine Gardner was arrested Wednesday and placed in Centre County Correctional Facility for a probation violation. Aimee Gardner was arrested Thursday and was released on $75,000 unsecured bail.
