A 19-year-old woman was pushed to the ground by a man early Saturday morning at a Zeta Psi fraternity function, State College police said.

The woman and a witness said the man pushed her down resulting in swelling above her right eye after she would not give him a Champagne bottle, police said. The man denied he pushed her, but was cited for harassment. His name was not released pending formal charges.

The incident at the 225 E. Foster Ave. fraternity house occurred at 1:56 a.m., police said. The woman was not hospitalized for her injuries.
