WILLIAMSBURG — Philipsburg-Osceola scored 14 first-quarter points during a 47-32 defeat of Moshannon Valley in the Williamsburg Tournament’s consolation game Saturday.

Brianna Rusnak led all scorers with 21 points while Abby Showers chipped in 18 as the Lady Mounties improved to 3-6.

Meanwhile, Moshannon Valley fell to 1-9 with the loss and couldn’t get out of its own way. P-O led 29-9 at halftime and needed just 18 more points in the second half to seal the win.
