State police at Philipsburg are investigating allegations that a 42-year-old man inappropriately touched two young girls in Black Moshannon State Park in Rush Township.
Police said the man allegedly touched both girls while they were swimming in the state park in July 2010.
Police did not provide additional information about the investigation Sunday.
