A 56-year-old State College man was found guilty of driving under the influence during a bench trial Monday.
Michael Szczesny was arrested for DUI after he was found driving with a blood alcohol content of .148.
Centre County Judge Jonathan Grine convicted Szczesny on Monday. Szczesny faces 30 days to six months in county jail, prosecutors said.
