ALTOONA — Altoona used four falls to defeat State College 42-38 on Tuesday.
The Mountain Lions had pins in the first three bouts to open an 18-0 lead. State College earned its first victory at 106, where Kyle Catral notched a second-period fall.
Derek Horner (145), Jarred Price (152) and Alex Stover (160) added pins for the Little Lions, who also received two forfeits.
Altoonas D.J. Hollingshead majored returning state qualifier Mike Kauffman 11-3 at 132.
