HARRISBURG — State College’s losing streak increased to four games as the Lady Little Lions fell to Central Dauphin 57-45 on Friday.
State College trailed 28-26 at halftime. Central Dauphin outscored State College 20-10 in the third quarter to stretch the lead to 12 entering the fourth.
Kyla Irwin led State College (9-5) with 18 points. Franki Treglia added 11.
Central Dauphin’s Precious Martin scored a game-high 26 points.
“We had our chances and we didn’t capitalize,” State College coach Bethany Irwin said. “We had a brief moment of mental relapse where we weren’t doing anything right. We’re going to keep learning from these games.”
