STATE COLLEGE — State College went 12-of-13 from the foul line and scored 20 points in the fourth quarter to outlast Central Dauphin 59-44 on Friday.
Bryan Sekunda led the Little Lions (10-3) with a game-high 22 points. Kyle Kanaskie added 14 points and Jason Costa drained two 3-pointers on his way to scoring 10.
