WINGATE — Bald Eagle Area’s upperweights didn’t spend much time on the mat during Tuesday’s 60-15 victory over Central.

Ben Verbitskey (170), Jake Taylor (182), Aaron Varner (195), Nate Sharkey (220) and David Gawryla (285) all decked their opponents in the first period.

Mike Kachik also had a first-period fall at 120 and Mitchell Taylor ended his 160-pound bout in the second period with a fall.

BEA’s Travis Giedroc ended the meet with a 3-1 victory over Kale Burket at 113 and Joe Powers edged Trae Shirey 3-2 at 145.
