— A Bellefonte man jailed since July after being arrested four times on streaking charges in a matter of months now faces possible trial in a fifth case dating back to the summer.

Kelvin Flory, 50, was bound over for possible trial Wednesday for allegedly masturbating and running around naked in public — again. It’s the 17th time since 1994 Flory has been accused of being naked in public.

State police at Rockview last week filed the new charges — misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and open lewdness. They stem from a June incident in which a man later identified as Flory was seen masturbating near the Bellefonte YMCA.

The incident occurred around 4 a.m. June 12, after the first day of the Jerry Sandusky child sexual abuse trial in Bellefonte, a state trooper testified Wednesday. The trooper arrived at the scene and found Flory running naked.

Flory faces charges in four similar cases between May and July.

At a preliminary hearing in August, Assistant District Attorney Kelley Gillette-Walker asked a judge to revoke Flory’s bail, saying he posted bail after his most recent arrests under the condition he wouldn’t get into trouble again.

In the latest case, a witness was able to identify Flory in a photo lineup, prosecutors said.

Flory is being represented by attorney Patrick Klena.
