UNIVERSITY PARK — The State College ice hockey team skated to a 10-0 shutout of Erie-McDowell at the Greenberg Ice Pavilion on Thursday night.
Dalton Bown recorded a hat trick for the Little Lions (7-6) while Stefan Horgus and Sey Yeaple netted two goals apiece for the winners, who outshot the Trojans 50-9.
Dakota Campbell, Andrew Ebert and Luc Michael all scored goals for the Little Lions and State College goalie Zac Woytowich made nine saves for the shutout.
State College will play Hempfield on Monday.
