Two men charged with felony drug possession after Taylor Township traffic stop

Two men were charged with felonies after a large amount of drugs was found in their car Friday during a traffic stop in Taylor Township, state police at Philipsburg said.

Al Diaz and Marlin Boswell were both charged with felony possession with intent to deliver and multiple misdemeanor possession charges when police officers found 18 grams of heroin, 19 capsules containing meth amphetamine, about one ounce of marijuana, five oxycodone pills and a large amount of cash, police said.

Neither man was able to post $50,000 bail and they remain in Centre County Correctional facility awaiting a preliminary hearing, according to court documents.

Diaz, 34, is from Altoona and Boswell, 36, is from Irvington, N.J.
