STATE COLLEGE — State College avenged its earlier loss at Altoona by walloping the Mountain Lions at home 73-57 on Wednesday.

Kyle Kanaskie followed up his 30-point performance in Tuesday’s loss to Harrisburg with 35 points against Altoona.

The senior nailed nine 3-pointers and scored 13 points in the first and fourth quarters. Bryan Sekunda scored 25 points and drained four threes.

The Little Lions improved to 13-5 overall. They will travel to Cumberland Valley on Friday.
