PHILIPSBURG — Bald Eagle Area improved 16-1 on the season by defeating Philipsburg-Osceola 54-36 on Friday.

Mary Pillot posted a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds while Lexi Josefik scored 17 points in the win for the Lady Eagles.

Kate Miller also had a high-scoring game for BEA with 13 points and nine rebounds. Marissa Ward added nine points and seven assists.

Brianna Rusnak led P-O with 11 points. Abby Showers added 10 for the Lady Mounties.

Bald Eagle Area plays host to Penns Valley on Tuesday.
