BELLEFONTE — Bellefonte earned its first win of the season by defeating Clearfield 42-27 on Friday.
Alexis Franks was high scorer for the Red Raiders, finishing the night with 15 points while Marissa Moriarta chipped in seven and Ally Steen added six.
I was very happy for the girls that their hard work paid off, Bellefonte coach Roger Herto said. I really commend them for not giving up and keep on fighting.
Bellefonte will host Central Mountain on Monday at 7:30 p.m.
