HUNTINGDON A tough season continued Monday for Bellefonte as the Lady Red Raiders fell behind at halftime and lost to Huntingdon 41-26.
Bellefonte (2-18) took an early 9-7 lead in the first but let it slip away after a tough shooting performance in the second quarter.
We had a lot of good looks early and missed a lot of shots, Bellefonte coach Roger Herto said.
Alexis Smith turned up the offense for Huntingdon (10-10) in the third, hitting all 11 of the Bearcats points. She finished as the games leading with 18 points.
Meanwhile, the Lady Red Raiders were paced by Torrie Sealys seven points.
