A 29-year-old Port Matilda man was arrested Sunday afternoon on charges of terroristic threats and harassment.
State College police said Robert Partner left seven threatening messages for his ex-girlfriend overnight Saturday into Sunday morning, saying he would kill her and her new partner. The woman lives in College Township.
Police arrested Partner around 4 p.m. Sunday and court documents show he was arraigned that night by District Judge Thomas Jordan.
Partner was held in the Centre County Correctional Facility after he was unable to post $10,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 27.
