A New York man faces drug charges after police say they found 12 pounds of marijuana in his vehicle Friday during a traffic stop on Interstate 80 in Centre County.

State police at Rockview said Keith L. Davis, 57, of Ossining, N.Y., was stopped for speeding Friday on I-80 in Marion Township. Troopers said they observed “criminal indicators” and searched the vehicle.

Police said they found 12 pounds of marijuana in a laundry bag stuff in the truck. Davis was arrested and placed in the Centre County Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail.
