Charges are pending against a 25-year-old man accused of DUI, according to State College police.
Police said road patrol made a routine traffic stop near the 200 block of Sparks Street at 1:51 a.m. Friday and found the driver to be intoxicated. Police are awaiting a blood test before the suspect is charged.
