State College Public Works Crews will replace a section of storm sewer pipe near the intersection of West Fairmount Avenue and South Patterson Street, which will require crews to close the westbound lane of West Fairmount Avenue between South Sparks Street and South Patterson Street from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
