HOUSTON — Penn State won four of six singles matches in a 4-3 win over Rice on Saturday.

Tomas Hanzlik, Russell Bader, Roman Trkulja and Matt Barry all won their singles matches. Bader and Guanhua Chen won their doubles match, but the Owls took the other two contests to earn the doubles point.

Penn State returns to the court March 22 to host Indiana.
