PHILIPSBURG — The Philipsburg-Osceola school district is on a two-hour delay Friday because of weather.
No other Centre County schools have announced schedule changes, although many residents awoke to a new coating of snow.

A storm now in the Northwest could bring snow to our region by Palm Sunday or Monday, AccuWeather said.
