Penn State tennis: Purdue drops Nittany Lions

Purdue knocked off Penn State 6-1 on Sunday.

Russell Bader won his singles match for the lone Nittany Lion point and teamed with Guanhua Chen in doubles for a victory. The Boilermakers took the other singles matches and the other two doubles matches for the doubles point. Bader and Chen won 8-6 over Diego Acosta and Aaron Dujovne, and Bader also beat Acosta in singles 3-6, 7-6 (7-2), 6-1.

Penn State visits Iowa on Friday.
