High school boys track and field: Philipsburg-Osceola splits on road

— Colin Maurer captured first in three events as Philipsburg-Osceola defeated Huntingdon 98-47, but fell to Central 89-61 in a tri-meet on Tuesday.

Maurer took the top spot for the 110 hurdles, long jump and triple jump while Tim Eason took first in the 800 meter race.

Other top finishers for P-O included the relay team of Nick Boumerhi, Eason, Ben Webster and Chris Barnhart and Nick Patrick, who captured first in the 166 meter race.
