High school boys track and field: State College tops Chambersburg

— Will Cather won two individual events and participated on two triumphant relay teams as State College edged by Chambersburg 78-72 on Tuesday.

Cather took the 1,600 meters (4:23.9) and 3,200 (10:12.3). He also teamed with Chris Golembeski, Eric Heatwole and Kyle Adams to win the 3,200 relay and joined Jonathan Smith, Adams and Mason Post to capture the 1,600 relay.

Post also placed first in the 400, while Adams (800), Matt Mullin (shot put), Kellin Valentine (long jump) and Dan Forziat (high jump) each won an individual event.
