— State College celebrated Senior Day with a 4-1 victory over Carlisle on Wednesday.

Cooper Josephs and Ed Badding were decisive in their singles matches, combining to surrender just one game between them in straight-set wins.

The Little Lions (12-2) also swept the doubles matches, allowing a combined three games total, with the pairs of Luke Plowden-Enrique DelCastillo and Shreyas Radhakrishna-Dan Shull scoring triumphs.

“Tonight was senior night and it was great to see all three seniors on court representing (State College) today,” coach Jane Borden said. “Cooper, Edward and Nikhil have had excellent careers and it was a nice day for them.”
