Man punched in the face at downtown State College McDonald’s

A man was taken to the hospital early Sunday morning with a laceration, cut lip and possible broken nose after he was hit in the face at McDonald’s, State College police said.

Police described the suspect as a black man, about 6 feet 2 inches and wearing a green hoodie, camouflage pants and brown boots. The man was caught on security footage, which is being reviewed, police said.

The incident occurred at 2:41 am.

No arrests have been made and the matter is still under investigation.
