Philipsburg woman allegedly tries to pass drug test with sample from teenager

A 38-year-old Philipsburg woman is charged with presenting a teenager’s urine sample as her own to pass a drug test.

State police at Philipsburg said Robyn Merritt provided the false sample to a Children and Youth Services worker in August.

Merritt has been charged with corruption of minors, obstructing the administration of law, furnishing drug-free urine and tampering with or fabricating phsyical evidence, police said Thursday.
