Philipsburg man charged after entering wrong apartment at 2:40 a.m., police say

— State police say Raymond Cusick, 31, of Philipsburg, was arrested early Thursday on charges of criminal trespass and public drunkenness after entering the apartment of someone else without permission.

Police say Cusick fled the apartment at Hillcrest Commons when he was confronted by the residents at 2:40 a.m. He was arrested at his own apartment, also at Hillcrest Commons.

Cusick was housed in Clearfield County Prison on $25,000 bail, police said.
