Blues legend B.B. King to play the Bryce Jordan Center

B.B. King, the “king of the blues,” will be performing at the Bryce Jordan Center on Oct. 13.

King, whose career began in the 1940s, will perform at 7:30 p.m. at the BJC on the Penn State campus. Among his classic hits are “The Thrill Is Gone,” “Three O’Clock Blues” and “You Don’t Know Me.”

Tickets are $35 and $45 for reserved theater seating, and go on sale at noon, Friday at the Bryce Jordan Center, Eisenhower Auditorium, Penn State Downtown Theatre, Altoona Campus Ticket Outlet, online at www.ticketmaster.com or www.bjc.psu.edu, or by phone at 800-745-3000. VIP floor seating also is available. Penn State University Park students will receive a $15 discount.
