Mill Hall man injured in Route 150 collision

From CDT staff reportsJuly 29, 2013

A Mill Hall man was flown to Geisinger Trauma Center for injuries after a crash in Howard Township late Sunday night.

John Trimble had to be extricated from his car, which caught fire, after hitting Stevem Day’s 2002 Toyota pickup truck on State Route 150, state police at Rockview said. The accident occurred after Day attempted to make a left turn onto State Route 26 and did so right into the path of Trimble.

Police said alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash, but would not say which man had been drinking.

Both vehicles sustained severe front end damage and the investigation is ongoing.
