Men OK after crash on I-99 in Worth Township

No one was reported injured after a one-vehicle accident Thursday.

State police at Philipsburg said a Pittsburgh man fell asleep at the wheel when he drifted off I-99 in Worth Township and hit a cement barrier around 5:40 a.m.

Police said two 21-year-old Pittsburgh men were in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Both were wearing a seat belt.

The driver, Jeremiah W. Gallagher, was cited for a traffic violation.

The crash reportedly caused severe damage to the front left bumper of the 2002 Nissan Sentra.
