Pine Grove Mills man accused of disorderly conduct after hospital discharge turns ugly

A Pine Grove Mills man was cited with disorderly conduct after he became unruly with staff at Mount Nittany Medical Center early Monday morning.

State College police said William Spicer, 24, had been at the hospital for an alcohol issue, and he became disorderly when he was being discharged.

Spicer was take home by police, police said.
