Scholastic boys’ cross country: Rams run at Forest Hills

— Five Penns Valley runners set personal records as Penns Valley finished 18th at the Forest Hills Invitational.

Somerset came away with the title with 90 points. The Rams had 393. William Kachman of Bedford win in 15:49.

Nick Fuller (17:50), Isaac DuVall (18:50), Angelo Nicosia (19:11), Andrew Hankinson (19:27) and Keith Griffith (19:37) earned their tops times. Fuller finished 29th for the team’s best finish.

“All five boys set personal records, so from that standard, it was a pretty good day,” Rams coach Terry Glunt said.

Brian Hackman finished 40th for St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy (18:04).
