Boys soccer: Stone’s hat trick leads Bellefonte to win over Bald Eagle Area

— Grant Stone recorded a hat trick to pace Bellefonte to a 4-1 win over Bald Eagle Area on Tuesday at Alumni Stadium.

“Grant Stone just had a phenomal game tonight,” Red Raiders coach Scott Martz said. “He had a really good first half. He just dominated play for us.”

All of Stone’s goals came in the first half with the first being at the 10-minute mark and the others coming at the 27th and 36th minutes.

Matt Horner assisted on Stone’s first goal and later scored one of his own. Andrew Stover also had an assist for Bellefonte.

Chris Dunklebarger had the lone goal for the Eagles and Brandon Gettig picked up the assist.
