Downtown State College bar cited for alleged liquor violation

Six Shooters Inc., 137 S. Allen St., State College, has been cited for selling alcohol to a minor, according to a news release from the state police’s Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement.

An employee at Six Shooters allegedly sold the alcohol to a 20-year-old on Aug. 23, according to the news release.

The charges will be brought before an administrative law judge, with penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for major ones.
