Alpha Fire Company open house to be held in the spring

From CDT staff reportsOctober 3, 2013

The Alpha Fire Company announced Wednesday it will not hold its annual open house this fall, but in the spring for the first time.

Alpha President Marvin Robinson said in a press release that the open house gets “lost in the clutter” of the many fall events in the region, and noted that firefighters visit local schools in October for fire prevention activities.

A date for the spring open house is not yet set. For more information about fire company activities, call the Regional Fire Protection Office at 237-4127.
