Philipsburg man reappointed to veterans home council

— Richard Klanish, of Philipsburg, has been reappointed to the advisory council for Hollidaysburg Veterans Home, the governor’s office announced.

Also reappointed to that council were Barbara Cheke, of Fishertown; Christian Harden, of Hyndman; and Timothy Susengill, of Hollidaysburg.

Gov. Tom Corbett announced appointments and nominations to posts across the state, including at Delaware Valley Veterans’ Home in Philadelphia, the Gino J. Merli Veterans’ Center in Scranton, and the Pennsylvania Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Home in Erie.
