Girls’ soccer: Powell nets hat trick in Philipsburg-Osceola win

— Jordyn Powell finished her soccer career in style, netting a hat trick and reaching a milestone in Philipsburg-Osceola’s 3-2 win over West Branch on Monday.

The senior forward, who began her scoring run just 3:07 into the contest, posted her fourth hat trick of the season in reaching 22 goals for the year. The tallies also gave her 50 goals for her career.

Carley Hahn made four saves to help the Powell scores stand up for the win, which ended the season for the Lady Mounties (6-11).
