Penn State police investigate ethnic intimidation report

From CDT staff reportsDecember 13, 2013

Penn State police are investigating a report of ethnic intimidation inside a residence hall from January.

Police said someone slid an anti-Semitic note under the door of the Curtin Hall dorm room on where two male students live. Police said it happened Jan. 25 between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m.

Police said no one got a look at the note-dropper.

One of the roommates decided to report the incident to police Thursday.

Earlier this week, State College police arrested two Penn State students who are accused of spray painting ethnic slurs and hate speech on cars and other property behind a predominantly Jewish fraternity in November.
