From CDT staff reportsJanuary 2, 2014

State police at Rockview said a truck-tractor was stolen from Bryce Alterio Trucking around 11 p.m. Tuesday in Boggs Township.

Police said the suspect entered a truck-tractor parked at the business on Egypt Hollow Road. The subject then started the vehicle and caused the fan to break while putting holes in the radiator, police said.

Once the vehicle was disabled, the suspect entered another vehicle and stole it, police said.

Police said the vehicle drove through Milesburg and caused damage to a yard, then traveled up Runville Road and onto Egypt Hollow Road, where it struck a sign.

Once on Egypt Hollow Road, the driver attempted to turn around and struck a trailer parked in the yard, becoming stuck.

The suspect then fled on foot.
