Toronto, ON (SportsNetwork.com) - Two-time Olympian Erik Guay will lead Canada's three-man alpine ski team at the 2014 Sochi Games.
Guay has never won an Olympic medal, but has been close twice. He was fourth in the super-G at the 2006 Games in Torino and had a pair of fifth-place results -- downhill and super-G -- at the 2010 Vancouver Games.
Joining Guay in Russia will be Manuel Osborne-Paradis and Jan Hudec.
Osborne-Paradis was also part of the Canadian contingent in Torino and Vancouver, while Hudec also competed in Vancouver four years ago.
Canada has not had a male Olympic medal winner in alpine skiing since Ed Podivinsky took a bronze 20 years ago in Lillehammer.
