Boys basketball: State College falls at Carlisle

— Michael Beattie scored a game-high 18 points but it wasn’t enough as State College fell to Carlisle 57-44 on Friday night.

The Little Lions gave up only four points in the first quarter but 38 in the second half.

The Thundering Herd had four players score in double figures. Timmy Atkinson led the way with 17 points, J.D. Hughes had 12 points, Jordan Dockens added 11 and Jordan Purcell finished with 13 points.
