Boys swimming: Bellefonte cruises past Cambria Heights

— Bellefonte swept each event as the Red Raiders sank Cambria Heights 114-33 in boys swimming on Monday.

Grey Rockey and Colton Schnars led Bellefonte (4-1) with two individual wins each. Rockey took the 200 individual medley (2:19.79) and 100 breaststroke (1:10.97), while Schnars captured the 100 butterfly (57.32) and 100 backstroke (59.75).

Matthew Horner (1:56.55 in the 200 freestyle), Chance Foster (58.71 in the 100 freestyle); Andrew Kaschalk (25.39 in the 50 freestyle) and Jordan Newman (5:32.52 in the 500 freestyle) also had wins for the Red Raiders.

“Practice has been a little tough,” Bellefonte coach Lisa Newman said. “We’re trying to get through a tough part of the season. ... We’re still doing very well.”
